I can't understand this except as a progression of immigration.

Who told these are photographs from the same school? And it is curious that the OP labeled this propaganda as "Turkey / Germanistan" even though the school (allegedly the same) is French, and there are no recognizable Turks in any of the pictures. Why bigotry is always holding hands with illiteracy?

In any event, this post does not belong to anthropology. I suggest it be deleted and the poster banned.

From what I understand Germany and the Turks that immigrated there have many tensions.

Yes, but that doesn't explain why the OP has labeled his post in Russian, mixed age groups (some of those are 6-8 year olds and others are well into high school) and featured, on the only labeled posts, French schools. Also, Turkish people are a) not African in appearance and b) don't tend to wear veils. I'm pretty sure they're trying to make a racist and/or racialized point, but I'm not sure what it is.

It is interesting to note that class sizes started out big, then decreased and then grew again.

I dunno, can't read russian or whatever this language is.

Of course I am late as ever, but what's the point of this? Yes, Western Europe has become more multicultural/diverse. These pictures only serve to illustrate what we all know, or am I missing something?
